Meet the Team
Uma Sanz – Advisor and Translator
I started this company in 2011 to help people who wish to locate to Spain. I help by dealing with the complicated paperwork, guide them through the necessary process and give them security when buying or selling a house so that they are sure everything is done professionally, within the law and for the best price.
I am fluent in English, German and Spanish and pride myself on giving honest and fair advice. I am based in Torrevieja and work mainly in Ciudad Quesada and Orihuela areas and love meeting new people and on numerous instances my clients have become good friends.

In my spare time I am a mother of two adorable children and try and enjoy every minute with them, I like sharing time with my friends and love traveling although not done it much lately…
More than 10 years in accountancy and company management made me decide to work more for the people. After working in Torrevieja for a community´s administrator I realized how difficult it was for expats to understand and follow the legal processes to live or buy house here and decided to help them in the process.
I combine this with my favorite hobby: teaching Spanish as a foreign language, I have groups and 1to1 classes twice a week. I am a graduated teacher with more than 10 years experience and teach only the necessary grammar and dialogues for getting by in Spain in a general conversation as in bars/restaurants, doctors, travelling or shopping….
